Bent Tree/Preston Hills is a development in Scottsdale, Arizona. The first phase was built by Wood Bros. Homes between 1979 and 1982 in Ranch and Spanish styles. Coventry Homes took over in 1982 and built the remaining homes, featuring a mix of Victorian, English Tudor-, and Spanish-influenced designs. Coventry marketed the community as “Preston Hills” but was recorded as Bent Tree.
