Villas East is a townhome neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona. The first phases were developed by Hallcraft Homes starting in 1971. In 1973 the new phase of the development was renamed “Casitas Royale.” The last phases were built by Hallcraft/Nu-West starting in 1979. This brochure dates from 1980.
