Hayden Estates is a development built between 1980 and 1984 in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was built in two phases. The first phase was built in 1980 by V.H. Development, a division of Nu-West Development. The homes are single story ranch style with slump block construction, and line the perimeter of the development.
The second phase was built by Coventry Homes between 1982 and 1984 and features a distinctive mix of Victorian- and English Tudor-influenced designs. It was marketed as “Windemere” but was recorded as “Hayden Estates.”
