Woodhill Estates is a development in the hills above Redwood City, California built between 1981 and 1986. The original developer was The Gregory Group, but Dividend Development Corporation took over in 1983.

The Dividend newspaper advertising emphasized the proximity to Woodside, noting it was just 500 feet away.

The brochures were creative, designed to resemble a double LP record jacket and sleeve.

We have two sets of brochures for download. The brochure dating from 1984 features the record jacket cover, and the floorplans are presented in a large fold-out. The 1986 brochure presents the floorplans in a more conventional booklet format.
