Sands Scottsdale Townhomes was built between 1973 and 1979. The builder was American Builders/E.T. Wright, which had become known for numerous other “Sands” communities in the Valley. This brochure and advertisement dates from 1978.

wow I’m a second generation architect who just fell in love with and purchased a E.T. Wright property at Sand East in Scottsdale. It was built in 1969 but is very similar to the 8-S plan. Thanks so much for your preservation efforts.
